Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). For technical reasons, the hosting provider processes connection data (such as IP address, time, requested file) in server logs when pages are retrieved. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure operation of the website). The operator of this website has no influence on the content and retention of these logs and does not evaluate them.

Visitor counting

This website counts visits with its own deliberately simple counter: once per browser session, a counting signal is sent to its own server. Only daily totals are stored — no IP addresses, no cookies, no device identifiers, no profiles. No person can be identified from these numbers.

AI Readiness Check

The check runs entirely in the browser. On completion, the browser transmits one anonymous record: the 18 answer levels, the values computed from them, optionally industry and size class, and the completion time. No IP address, no name, no email address, and no timestamp finer than the calendar day are stored. The result itself lives as a string of digits in the address bar of your own browser and stays there; whoever shares the link shares it themselves.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email (for example about the in-depth analysis), you transmit the associated data voluntarily; it is used only to answer your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and is not passed on.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
